Enhanced Rabobank's digital channels and creative production, including web, online product application platform, SEO/paid search/paid display, email, direct mail, social media, ATMs, and Rabobank's intranet.
Led the development and deployment of all marketing and advertising campaigns across bank channels (both online and offline) such as customer/lead acquisition for specific business segments, product promotions, and customer adoption of digital channels, as well as media buying for print, TV, and Pandora for markets across California.
Drove the implementation of Rabobank's new brand identity across all creative, collateral, and channels. Coordinated this development and deployment with internal creative teams as well as external agencies.
